Dual-cure direct emulsion for printing UV-cured, plastisol, solvent-based and water-based inks. Excellent print definition on any mesh. Upon drying, stencils lack the typical tackiness of dual-cure emulsion. 39% solids content. Available in quarts and gallon containers.
Textil PV
Red pure photopolymer direct emulsion resistant to plastisol ink, abrasion and humidity. Water resistant when post exposed. Requires no mixing!Excellent print definition on any mesh. 42% solids content. Exposes eight times faster than a diazo or dual-cure emulsion. Available in quarts and gallon containers.
Textil DW
This is an economical emulsion with a high degree of water resistance for water-based inks in addition to plastisol. Water resistance resists stencil breakdown during periods of high humidity.
