What you'll need in addition to any of these 3 kits...

  • pressure washer; necessary to reclaim and clean screens.
  • inkjet printer, computer and graphic software to create artwork and output film positives.
  • a place to washout screens with access to a garden hose with spray nozzle attachment. Chemicals, inks and emulsion will go down this drain. Check with local municipalities for compatibility requirements. Filters are available for environmental purposes.
  • a place to store emulsion coated screens in the dark. This could be a ventilated closet or unused bathroom.
  • ultimately you'll want a decent variety of squeegees in different sizes and durometer. Ideally the squeegee should be no more than � an inch over on each side of any given stencil.
