I am a new screen printer and have just had a horrible phone call. I made 80 shirts for a bar. These were done on 50/50 black shirts with white ink (streetfighter) i believe. My supplier told me the ink was designed for 50/50 shirts. After washing the ink is coming off and i have just re-ordered the shirts. So the job now is basically a wash. I have a flash dryer only and was flashing for 20 seconds then hitting it again and reflashing for around a minute. Is there something i did wrong. Please help as i cannot go through this again.
Thanks

Re: Ink Is Coming off after washing
It’s very likely a curing issue. Especially with a flash cure you need to be sure the ink is cured. Is this a plastisol ink?
If so then see this video:

But basically it would be the same for water based. For water based you want a forced air flash cure too.
