Pallet Tape?
Jonathan,
What pallet tape are you using? I do not need it for printing tees but it would be nice to have when printing hoodies. I do not see any in the Catspit store.
Thanks!

Re: Pallet Tape?
I just use my application tape that I have for sign vinyl use. Works great and is generally cheaper than pallet tape.

I use R tape brand on my boards in the lab. It seems to hold up to the flash cure unit better than some.

Yeah I am still sourcing that. I don't use any special brand. As long as it peels form the roll okay it should be fine.
I should be adding this product very soon however.

Re: Pallet Tape?
Don't have a clue what that is but where can I find it? Hopefully Jonathan can get something in his store but I am in need of something pretty quickly and as cheap as possible...the clean up after a run of hoodies can be a pain. End up having to use the very smelly but very good RhinoTech press/screen wash to cut through it but makes the house stink for hours.ApeShirt wrote:I just use my application tape that I have for sign vinyl use. When using pallet tape, are you still using a platen adhesive? If so, I assume the tape is strong enough not to come up when removing shirts from the pallet??

Just wanted to add that I did watch your video about applying the pallet tape, just didnt see anything about the adhesive.

Re: Pallet Tape?
So yes you will want to use spray tack or an adhesive when using standard pallet tape. The tape will normally stay on the pallet.
