Yeah, that's why I always recommend buying the best you can right form the get go. Don't worry about buying "too much press" because just like in your case you will wish you had spent the extra cash from the start. But up-gradable equipment is awesome. That's why I like the RANAR Vista series so much.

You can go from a 4/1 or a 6/1 all the way up to a 6/6 in either case. Cool stuff! :)

Jon, one question  , I´m just curious about it, if someone could buy this RANAR vista series manual press from you, how would you send it from US to Mex? I mean can this product actually be shiped and handled this far? how does it is been sent? in a box? which are its wide dimensions?

Some shipping and handle company told me they actually could transport it for me from there, but it should be a certain dimension, I think less than 1mt wide, well that´s what they´ve told me, maybe you know a certain company that will work best for this task :?:

What can you tell me about this, I mean just wondering, just curious about it

thnks in advance for answering Jon :!:

The RANAR Vista press will ship on a pallet with a few boxes. The base of the press is assembled and all you have to do is install the print arms, level it off and put on the pallets.

But it can be shipped to Mexico but any issues in customs would be your responsibility. The shipping fees would cover the freight form RANAR in California to you in Mexico but sometimes there can be added customs or duties on your end that we cannot predict.

Therefore many people use a Customs Broker for this sort of thing to make sure all goes smoothly but that would be an added expense on your part as well.

The dimensions of the pallet and boxes shouldn’t affect whether or not you can get it there. It should be able to be shipped regardless of size unless the carrier has limitations. If they do they probably do not take a pallet.

Curious RANAR shipping and handle question
