First test print. What have I done wrong?
My first test print, didn't really figure it would go off without a hitch. I used a 160 mesh screen. Some of the lines are broken, they are very thin but I've seen better results achieved with similar detail. Some areas looked pretty good, even the thin areas in some places. Any thoughts? Higher mesh count?

It looks like you're not washing out all the emulsion that is supposed to wash out. Could be bad transparency or overexposure. Maybe undercutting due to transparency not being dark enough?

If you're not going to go all the way then why bother going at all.

I would take a look at the films. I suspect they are not dark enough.
Or the ohter typical culptrits. Exposed too long, not washed long enough, or not enough contact betweent he film and the screen.

Dead on -exposed too long, burned right through the dye/ink on the film. Problem solved, thanks!
