20X24 Aluminum Frames are constructed with 6063T5 Alloy, each piece is hand cut, welded to insure water tight seal and ground smooth for flatness. 550 Series high opacity plastisol inks are available in a range of, ultra high opacity colors for direct screen printing. In many cases, 550 Series can be screen printed directly onto dark fabrics or garments without using a white under base! 550 Series Inks have excellent durability. Scoop Coaters For Coating Screens
Coat screens evenly and uniformly. They are designed for easy and comfortable handling while providing a smooth layer of emulsion on your screen. The coating angle is designed on a perfect angle. It's calibrated to give you a perfect coating of emulsion every time.
Made from hard anodized aluminum, enclosures are permanent for quick cleaning without leaking. Each coater has a special edge protector. Available in 16”, 19” and custom sizes sold per inch.

Scorch Out
This product is for bleaching out white tee shirts when they turn yellow from the heat used to cure the ink. Thinner tee shirts made with inferior cotton will scorch more easily than heavy, high quality white tee shirts. This is a great product to have on hand and it is user safe.
Screen Tape
Screen tape is very durable, resists ink, and won’t leave adhesive residue after being removed. Even after long print runs. The screen tape is available in 2 inch and 3 inch rolls. Each roll is 30 yards long.
Frame-Mesh Adhesives
These are cyanoacrylate adhesives that are instantly cured with an aerosol spray or spray liquid. The adhesives are used to attach screen mesh to the frame for a solid, secure fit. There are different adhesives to work with different mesh counts. You will need to purchase the adhesive as well as the appropriate activator.
