Right Emulsion for Discharge Printing

Post by Giant Iron Face »

It's worth checking with your supplier as to the suitability of your emulsion for discharge printing also. Most emulsions will be fine for short runs of waterbase or discharge printing but over longer spells the water & discharge agent content will start to attack your stencil.

Can you suggest any emulsions that have worked well for printing with discharge inks in your experience? In what way will the discharge ink attack an inappropriate emulsion?
