i would like to know what mesh to use in discharge printing? TIA

That really depends on the thickness of the particular discharge ink you are using. Discharge base alone tends to be on the thin side so I might use a 125, 156 or 195 depending on the penetration I want. Also your artwork would be a factor if there is high detail then you’ll need to use a higher mesh count anyway.

For a discharge white I would probably use a 110 or a 125 because it has pigment that I would want to max out on the shirt. So you have to take into consideration your inks, your artwork and the desired result of the finished print.

Also your squeegee durometer will be something to consider. You can use a harder squeegee with thinner inks to help prevent bleeding or flooding.
