Printing R/L chest images

I know there are pocket platens available to ease with chest pocket printing, but do you have a video of how to set up for R/L chest printing (without a pocket)? Do you set up the image on the screen, off center, when burning it? Do you shift the screen in the press to line up off center? Do you set up the shirt off center of the platen?

I did a search a few weeks back and was not able to find anything. Thoughts?
