Easy Screen to print on glass

Hi All,
Hopefully this is in the right section, if not feel free to move it.
I came across this video https://youtu.be/V4F5qrNR4iU
This shows a UV sensite film that has a built in 110 mesh count so that things can be screened onto glass without the need for any screen et. It works on glass and ceramivs. The down side is you need a kiln to fire the ink.
I have found a source for the film https://www.creativeglassshop.co.uk/pro ... reens.html but it is £9 for a single a4 piece (thats about $11)
I have tried to find who makes it as that may lead to a cheaper seller but cant find anyone as yet.
I have written to the people I understand developed it, Ionics Imaging but it is too early for them to reply.
HAs anyone seen/used ths film please and if so, is there an alternative food safe ink that doesnt need kiln setting, maybe just heat setting?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
Boyd River
