I help many people every week solve screen making problems by simply switching them over to this emulsion. Sometimes after you have exhausted examining all variables in the process, you will need to look at the emulsion you are using. Not all emulsions are created equal especially these new “hybrid” emulsions. In my experience using a high quality dedicated dual cure or photopolymer is the best way to go.
