Emulsion sticking

Hey guys ! New to the forum been following catspit for like 2years love the channel. Wonder if I could get some help I've been doing some work for a friend of mine and every time I reclaim a screen I'm getting emulsion stuck in the edges of the design not sure why this is as it washout fine and prints fine but any time I reclaim my screens this happens any ideas? Thanks!

I'm not sure I understand what is happening here. You make a screen, use it, then go to strip the emulsion off and there is emulsion not coming out of the mesh?

Reclaiming means that you are using emulsion remover and removing the emulsion using a pressure washer. So if you are having difficulties getting emulsion off of the mesh it could be screen lock. If the emulsion is under exposed and then used, it can become difficult to reclaim.

yeah sorry should of said that i was stripping them and the emulsion came off fine apart from where the image was emulsion has gotten stuck where the image was so a silhouette of the image ill attach a picture to help understand since its a bit difficult to explain.

Sorry but I don't utilize such links as a matter of protocol. You can upload an image right to the forum and that I can see.

But it sounds like you need to use a pressure washer for reclaiming and then try some haze remover to get the stains out.
