ISS Screen Printing Show 2018: ASPE Rapid Tag Machine Prints Tote Bags & More

Here’s another screen printing video from the January ISS show in Long Beach 2018. In this very interesting show video we take a look at a new work in progress from ASPE RapidTag. This automatic screen printing press is being rigged up to print tote bags as well as other items but the intriguing feature is the obvious ability to print tee shirts with this same unit. So it seems the next logical step in evolution for ASPE is to work out the machine and introduce it to the market as an entry level, startup automatic textile screen printing press. It uses low air pressure and electricity so the install is very easy and the foot print is small. Currently there is a need to cool the pallets after the first flash so there will likely be a cooling device added to this setup later. Since it’s such a small setup I’m thinking an electric fan attached under each pallet would do the trick. But we’ll have to wait and see what RapidTag comes up with. Perhaps I’ll feature this as my entry level automatic screenprinting press. It’s such a cool machine that is a very good possibility.
