When I go to reclaim my screens, I have an issue with the ink sticking where the tape was around the edge, will haze remover take care of this or can I just use ink remover?

Haze or stain remover should do the trick with a pressure washer. Some ink washes like my Saati IR4 will also be very good at removing ink stains.

But usually a pressure washer with haze remover is the "go to solution" for that.

Try my Saati HR5. It's a very aggressive stain remover.
