QUERIES ON EXPOSURE UNIT

HELLO SIR,
I HAVE SEEN LOADS OF YOUTUBE TUTORIALS ON HOW TO GO ABOUT A MAKING A HOMEMADE EXPOSURE UNIT, I WANT TO KNOW FROM YOU
ABOUT THE BULBS USED IN THE EXPOSURE , SOME SAYS FOR EXPOSING ONE NEED A UV BULB SOME SAYS A HALOGEN LIGHT WILL WORK TOO
TELL ME WHAT SHOULD I USE A UV BULB OR A HALOGEN LIGHT, PLS SPECIFY ON THE AMOUNT OF WATT OF BOTH THE LIGHTS

Most emulsions are only responsive to UV light. Therefore ideally we use either metal halide bulbs, black lamp industrial fluorescent bulbs or UV LED strips. Low wattage work lamps put some UV light out but it's low making the exposure times longer. And they can radiate excessive heat which can also cure emulsion. I would use black lamp industrial fluorescent bulbs or UV LED strips.

Those lights will have UV light at or above 300 nano meters in wavelength. That's what you would want.
