noob: movement t-shirt/screen after first layer

hello,
sorry if this is an old question..
im new to this screenprinting and i have problems putting a second layer of paint on my shirts
after i lift the screen and flash the print and try to put screen down for a second layer and everything is slightly out of place
causing misprints ...
i just do one layer now and flood and push a few times with the screen on the shirt...
how to keep everything in place?
