Printing question

I am new at this and currently needing help figuring out how to somehow change my settings to allow my artwork to print fully on my page. I want my artwork to be 14 inches, but everytime I go to print it cuts off at 10.5. I've tried to adjust printer settings and other things, but it's still not allowing it and I have transparencies that are 19 inches so it can accommodate. I am using an epson stylus 1400. I know that to print separations I need RIP software, do I need it for larger artwork as well? Thanks

There are many things that could be causing this. Document set up, print dialogue settings, or even sizing on the art board. In order to print 13x19 sheet film directly from AI, set the document to a 13x19 page and then place your artwork on that and size it properly using the ruler guides. Just remember, the art has to stay within the 13x19 document so it will not be cut off in any way when you print it.

You may also want to check none of the settings in the print dialogue are doing this like "fit to page" or other sizing settings. And be sure the art is centered in the print preview on the art board.

Those are the best tips I could give you without being there to see what is going on.

That would be a question for your printer support. You wouldn't want tot print film with a duplex setting however.
