Screenprinting Tee Shirts: Setting The Print Location Height With Your Pallets

Here’s a quick tips screenprinting video about how to set your pallet height for the print location on your shirts. Follow along as I show you how to “eyeball” the pallets to the shirts and set the pallet height. Some presses, like the Elite Series II that I sell, come with pallet arm rulers which can be very helpful in setting up your print job. In this video I show you the pallet arm rulers and how they help in this part of your set up but I also show you how to this manually simply by looking at each pallet while the screen is over head and pulled down slightly. If you have ever wondered about how to set the print height on all of your pallets for 4 or 6 color presses then this video is a must see. It’s short, informative and fun.
