NEW KIND OF STENCIL MATERIAL???

I have a customer that came in w/a pce of vinyl with a fine thread screen on the down side (so you can run the vinyl in your plotter to make a stencil & be able to weed it without ruining the actual screen mesh also has a med tack that can be used a few times over) have never see this material before. Would like to buy a roll, does anybody know a vendor of manufacturer that sells it?????

Never heard of it. Never even saw it at a trade show. There are thermal screens that can be burned with a thermal printer but I have yet to see a material that can be processed by a plotter.
