What mesh count would this design be?

Hello,

I wondering what the best mesh would be for a design with this type of detail.

*This isn't my design, I'm just wondering for a design like it*

From my perspective, it doesn't look very detailed. 110 would be my choice, assuming you'd be using plastisol. 156 would work also.
