Vacuum Nozzle For Stencil Finishing
Posted: Wed Apr 01, 2015 1:53 pm
I’m finally doing a video about the vacuum nozzle for clearing out stencils after washout. I mentioned this product in a previous video but I didn’t have one on hand. They are sometimes difficult to get but I have a few in stock now at the storefront. This little device is used to suck out the leftover water and emulsion scum from the stencil mesh area after you finish washout out the stencil. Many of you know that if you do not get the residual water out of the stencil it can sometimes get clogged by under exposed emulsion slime from the inkwell side. This is typical of thicker stencils usually like when you expose 110 mesh with a higher volume of emulsion. Higher mesh counts naturally hold less emulsion. Stay tuned for this new tutorial and product video coming this week!
