Hey all,
I'm wanting to print a 'spot & dot' image. I'm at 35LPI and will be using plastisol inks. I'll be printing on dark and light colors so, I realize I'll have a screen for each. I typically use a 110 mesh for my spot colors. I'm also manually printing these.
My screen supplier has 125, 140, 155, 180, 200, 230, 255, etc.
What would you recommend I use?
Thanks!

Re: Your opinion of mesh count
I would probably use the 155, 180 or 200. Use the lowest mesh count you can get the halftone dot with. For a 45 LPI at 15 degrees I normally use 230 mesh. So for a 35 LPI you should be able to go with a lower mesh count.

Hey Jonathan,
Thanks for the reply....I'll probably go with the 155 for the white on black shirts and the 180 for the black on light shirts.
By the way; LOVE your videos. You're very entertaining while still doing a good job explaining/teaching. I've learned a ton from you.
Cheers!
