Oh yes, I don't export small supply orders because of that. Too expensive and restrictive.

But yes, you can ask the ink maker for a "retarder" which is an additive that should slow down the drying time. It may help with that clumping. It may be a good idea to call the maker of the ink you're using and ask them about the issue you are having. They can probably help best.

Water based inks are not always only water based. They may have other petroleum solvents in it. So make sure to check with the ink maker to see about thinners and additives.
