Hello all. In this video Jonathan mentions that "the right ink" needs to be used on plastic bottles and such. What exactly is that kind of ink? I want to print on Blender Bottles.
Well the "right" ink is determined by the substrate. So you need to know the chemical name of the plastic to get the best ink match from an ink maker. Graphic industrial ink makers will be able to match your substrate with an appropriate ink so that the ink will bond properly.
So you have to call an ink maker like Nazdar, Dubuit or other graphic industrial ink vendor. I don't carry those types of inks because I focus on textile screen printing. However in the new shop I hope to expand to poster printing and water based textile printing.
