I got a guy who wants to buy a shirt from me in Germany.. I never shipped out of the country.. I though I would ask the forum first..I want to know what's the cheapest places. Any help is appreciated!

USPS for one shirt is going to be about $20.00 usd to England, I have shipped a few so Germany may be different. You can look up the charges online. You will have customs forms to attach too. One pound to Germany is:

Other than rolls: Max. length 24", max length, height and depth (thickness) combined 36"
Rolls: Max. length 36". Max length and twice the diameter combined 42"

I use the Flat Rate envelop for domestic and international tee shirt freebies. I think the domestic is $5.05 up to 20 pounds and international is like $25 up to 4 pounds. So whatever you can stuff in the envelope and close normally you can send. The envelope is 12-1/2" x 9-1/2" in size.

Plus they have the flat rate boxes too...I'd try to get them to buy more t make it worth their while for the shipping costs. But I too do whatever I can to use the flat rate envelope or I LOVE the flat rate bubble envelopes!
