Large run questions?

I posted this the other day but can't seem to find this now so forgive me if it ends up posted twice. I am going to be doing a run of about 1000 shirts for a national company. What I wanted to know was what extra considerations should I take in doing such a large run. Will the screens last that long or will I have to reburn new screens half way through? Do I need to double coat the emulsion on the screens? What other considerations should I take into account.

I haven't done a run that large yet but I know it depends on the type of emulsion and ink you're using and if you're doing it manual or automatic. You can post harden the screens to help them last longer by exposing and rinsing it normally, letting it dry, then expose it again for double the original time. Or there are post-hardening products you can get as well. I would keep a few screens ready to go though, that's a large order. Lol.
