Too much ink on shirt
I tried printing a shirt and the ink poured through the shirt side of the screen causing too much ink to blot on te shirt, what could be the cause of this?

A couple of possibilities (or a combination of them): You could be using too much pressure when you back-flood, and as such, you're pushing too much ink through the mesh and it's not shearing off evenly. That, and it's possible your off-contact isn't even or it's set too high causing you to use too much or uneven squeegee pressure.Lottie05 wrote:I tried printing a shirt and the ink poured through the shirt side of the screen causing too much ink to blot on te shirt, what could be the cause of this?

A few things to consider are: screen mesh, off contact, type of ink and squeegee durometer. A bit of info on what you're using would help.
