Film positives

Post by MPS11 »

Hello! - I am turning the film positives into 13x19 artwork that will hung in a installation. I bought .007 acetate that says it will create a film positive transparency. We ran it thru an Epsom 1400 and the ink ran. Do I need to treat the surface of the acetate before I can use the acetate?. I ultimately want to use 10ml to create a stronger piece of artwork. need feed back asap!
Thanks!

If what you bought is for an inkjet printer and not a laser printer try the other side. Only one side should be coated to allow the ink to stick. If this is untrated material then it will not work in an inkjet printer.
