Washout Booth Waste

Here you can discuss issues related to exposing screens for screen printing. This includes determining the exposure, light sources and washing out the stencil in the washout booth. Emulsion issues may also be addressed here.

Washout Booth Waste

Post by upperhandprinting »

I wanted to get some ideas on washout booths and how to deal with the water. I will be printing in my home and garage and am not sure how to handle it. I have a homemade washout booth with a drain and hose attached so I can direct the water wherever I need it to go. I know different states and cities will have different ordinances, I'm just looking to hear ideas on how others do it.

Thanks.
