I put on three square registration marks at the top, typed in what color was what on each layer, and printed them on to 13"x 18" film. I do have halftones in this image but because they are used just for gradients and its not a 4 color process, I didn't worry about the halftone angles and mirage being an issue. I printed them on an Epson printer without any rip software and the halftones seemed to work fine for this job.
