Another job for some friends...and yes I screen print custom names. not ideal of course but I am not a fan of heat press vinyl. I do charge for it and think it works out cost wise. This one was the most custom names I have done thus far, 31 I believe was the total.

More great work, thank you!

I love how personal you are with your work. Small runs and custom names. It can actually end up building your business more by word of mouth.

Hi I just recently acquired the Rhinotech sheets and am having trouble making the stencil... I'm only having trouble with the middle of the image. When the image prints out I'm not noticing any difference in the center compared to the rest of the image but when I try to transfer to the stencil paper, none of the center is transferring over... any advice? I'm using an 8 in 1 multipress so I know the pressure is even. Thanks for your time!

I will defer to Leadfoot but I do know the time and pressure is critical. So if you’re sure the time pressure is dead on then the temperature should also be scrutinized. I know some all in one units may be inconsistent.

I would do some further testing and don’t hesitate to contact RhinoTech for technical assistance.

Hmmm, so this is happening when you are taking the printed sheet with the design and marrying it with the "adhesive sheet"? Not sure what you mean by "transfer to the stencil paper" otherwise. It sounds to me like a pressure and/or an area of the heat press where it is not even. I thought mine was too but discovered that there was an area for whatever reason where there is a slight "divot" so to speak that will not allow my sheet to marry properly. So I have to move mine around until I get around to replacing the pad. That is my guess for your situation without further details. feel free to post more and I will gladly lend my experience but also feel free to contact RhinoTech, they are always happy to help.
