I do it all from my big pallet so no...I have very limited space so I have to utilze things for multiple purposes...the sheets when printed and married with the adhesive sheet are pretty dense with black toner so I don't think light would shine through it.

Doing my first couple jobs with 100% polyester products this weekend...will be sure to post up the final product. I really cannot say enough about the Rhino Screen dry stencil system. My only problem is that I have had to invest the profit I have made lately into additional ink, press stuff, etc...and my stock of 11x17 paper is dwindling...Have to get some more jobs done here soon so I can hopefully order another 50 pack!

I just did my first 100% polyester jerseys yesterday...will be adding pics to the first posts of this thread soon with those...I used Excalibur 1550 SportPro ink and it was easy to work with. A little thick but after you work with it it is fine. Very happy with the opaque results on black jerseys without an underbase. And I did some microfiber cloths as well that turned out great too!

Sounds great, I saw your other post about the poly inks. Nice. I always look forward to your posts.

The high opacity, low bleed inks tend to be thick. But like you said they do get creamier after working them some.

@LeadFoot

Have you had any problems with the toner not adhering to the screen or the adhesive transferring to the screen in the areas that don't have any toner.
What about when separating the two sheets the toner peels off?

I've purchased 2 10 packs and I'm down to about 2 sheets left. I haven't been able to get one decent transfer yet. I like the idea of it but I can't get it work.

Nice job Leadfoot,

Question what is the brand of that Lime Green Color that you used in the first and last image ?

It is Plastisol ? Did you use white under base ?

Thanks in advance!
