So I am printing on Koozies as well. Here is what I found best. I burn a screen that has 8 stencil on it, 4 on each long side. I actually print that stencil on to the pallet tape. Then I spray adhesive onto the pallet, place my 8 koozies and print. I also found that a little puff additive really helped fill in any unwanted space.

Hey Michelle,

Interesting method. Most of the time the koozie is loaded on a koozie pallet. So the spray tack holds them in place enogh to print? And how do you print this? One stroke or 8 individual strokes with a smaller squeegee?

Do you cure the print on the pallet or cover it with clear packing tape?

I have a four koozie pallet but have not had time to measure everything out to do four at once. Another project to add to the many I already have. :)
