Water based ink transfers

There is at least one company in the uk that sell waterbased ink transfers.

I also know that someone in the USA does aquatrans, water based screenprint transfers.

I can't see were we have discussed this on the forum, I could be wrong but Jonathan, can you talk about this and if its feasable do a video and how they might be made please?
