Screen Printing Flash Cure Unit For Both Water Based And Plastisol Tee Shirt Inks

Brand new for 2019 we have the redesigned air flash units from Ranar. When flash curing plastisol screen printing inks, you will need a standard infrared panel flash cure to reach 330 degrees F. To cure water based inks you will need infrared heat with forced air flow to get the moisture out of the ink and heat set the pigments. This is a brand new product with an awesome feature of having forced air you can turn off. Now you can screen print both water based textile inks and plastisol textile inks. This flash cure unit has forced air with a “switch” that can turn the air on or off. With the air on it goes over the infrared panel and onto the tee shirts. With the air off it gets redirected over the control panel. Now you can have 1 flash cure unit for both types of fabric inks. In this video you’ll see the 16x16 inch version which is 110v and 20 amps. There will be several models to choose from in different sizes as 110v or 220v.
