I had a client send this to me, and I'm not sure how to replicate it.

If it is black and white, which it looks like it is, then you do the white under base and the black printer will do the overlay halftone of the no slip steel pattern. Follow? So that would be 2 screens. But if that yellow cast is a color then we have a yellow under base type color with a white highlight printer and then the black printer with he halftone over print.

Well that's my guess from looking at the image and not being able to see the layers of the printing in my hand.
