A BIG Hello to Catspit & People,
I'm new to this great Forum, so thought I'd introduce myself with a question...Apologies if it's in the wrong section?!
So I'm looking to create a design based around some Printed Lettering onto a Garment...But I want to give the impression the Lettering has been Sprayed onto the Garment?? [like from a Spray-Can]
Should I be looking to produce this effect on the PC or can this effect be recreated during the Print process??
I normally use CorelDraw for Artwork development and Print via a 6 x Color Rotary using Plastisol Inks.
Best Wishes.
KI

Re: Spray "effect" Print
One easy way to create an effect that might be what you are after is by creating a rectangle using the rectangle tool. Then fill it with a texture fill and place your text inside it. Bring the text to the front and power clip the texture into the text.

Hey ApeShirt,
Many Thanks for the reply.
I will have a play around using that method and see what results it offers.
Regards.

Hello KI,
Very nice Greg thanks. I don't know much about Corel.
You could use a masking filter or you may also be able to use a font. I always do a search for free fonts when I need stuff like that. You never know when you’ll find something perfect.
I did this Google search “free spray paint font download” and found these:
http://www.fontspace.com/kc-fonts/misdemeanor
http://www.fontspace.com/rasdesign/rayando
http://www.fontspace.com/web-dog/graffito
Here are other sites to search for free fonts and graphics:

Fontspace looks pretty cool. I may have to add it to my list
