Here’s a screenprinting educational video about why plastisol inks can sometimes appear to “dry” on screen while you are printing tee shirts. This is a very common question I get asked so I figured I would make a series of short videos about the potential culprit of this particular problem and others. So if you have ever been printing on press while using a flash cure unit for any reason and you find your plastisol ink is drying and clogging up in the screen while you are printing, then you’ll want to watch this short but very informative video. If you see plastisol ink drying and clogging the stencil you are printing on press and you cannot figure out why this may be occurring then this video will save you a lot of time and heartaches. So take a few minutes and watch this tutorial video about screen printing t-shirts and learn more about flashing on press during printing. You’ll learn some valuable tips that will make your screen print life much easier. Thanks for watching and enjoy the video!
