I'm pretty new to printing and even ordered my zipper platen from you a couple of weeks ago to do these hoodies. They sent this picture and said the have a couple of long sleeve t-shirts doing this. They state that they have not even washed it yet. What did I do wrong? I feel from other post and your videos it might be under cured.

If this is plastisol ink then yes. It's most likely under cured. Are you using a flash cure to do the final cure? If so that may also be an issue if the design is as big or bigger than the flash panel. These videos may help out:

Usually under cured plastisol ink will either flake, peel or crack off during use or washout during laundering. Hopefully those videos will help you out.
