If it were me, I would try to lower the off contact more. With thinner inks I use a 200 mesh and my off contact is almost nothing, extremely low. It looks like you may be over flooding as well. I would try a print without flooding and lower off contact. If that doesn't work I would try a higher mesh. Hope it help. One last thing, use plenty of spray tach. Lol.

Yeah I got it done as you can see. Thank you all for the suggestions. I checked them all and learned from them all. It came down to Greg's suggestion. It was the spray tac. Like I said I was doing a tight pattern down the center of the platin with the spray tac and just wasn't getting enough on the sides. The white was going down fine because t was in the center but the edges of the red just wasn't getting enough and it was rolling as I made the pass. Once I paid more attention to the spray tac it went down flawlessly. So thank you to Greg and all of you. It's frustrating but I sure get fired up when I learn more so it is truly worth it.

That’s great!! Nice print :)

I didn’t even really think about incorrect spray tack application. LOL... excellent tips from everyone. Thanks for all the great input.

Sometimes it’s just a matter of a little trial and error paying attention to the details and seeing where things are going awry.

Great thread!

Glad to help. It's amazing how many times it's the simplest things that need correction. I guess that's my simple mind  Many of us tend to over-think things. I do it myself sometimes. I enjoy reading all the tips from everyone. It's good to know many possibilities for circumstances. Never know when we may run into similar problems.
