Here is an interesting koozie printing video:

That might help out if you haven't seen it already. :D

And this one is an automated koozie print job with nice close ups of the print:

Ryonet Black. I'm pretty happy for my first time. The ink seems to have a bit too much sheen to it it. I'm just now starting to try other brands of inks to see if I find some I like better.

I suppose it's a plastisol ink then with the sheen to it. Interesting. Don't forget you can try Triangle's black. Hmmm I should do a video with that ink shouldn't I. :P

Depends on what kind of video you are referring to. A dance around your shop in a maid outfit then no. Printing with Triangle Black then yes

Nice spot and share buddy.
I appreciate the guy says "I have started using One Stroke Ink's Hybrid White plastisol ink. It covers great but a little pricey. Worth the extra money though."
but I wondered if waterbased ink could be used or does it have to be plastisol on neoprene?

Yeah I'm not sure but that is a great question. The people to ask would be MacDermid Autotype. They have the technical know how and information to answer tough questions like that.

Once they can assign a specific person to the job of answering questions I'll get them involved with the forum to help us all out. :)

Greg,

Couple questions about your koozies...

Do you print them on both sides?

Where do you purchase them from?

I've been printing on 1 side. I got 1000 (500 red, 500 navy blue) on ebay. All for under $70 with free shipping. At $.07 each I couldn't go wrong. That's extremely cheap advertising. :D

Cool deal, yeah you really can't beat $0.07! I found a place where I can get 100 at a time for $0.30 each which is not bad but I might have to look elsewhere and just get 1000 at a time lol.
