$.30 is still a good price. I think the ones I got were closeout koozies. Guy said they fit bottles only but I get cans in them.

Absolutely...yeah I think you must have found a close out or something. For 100 at a time at $0.30 is fantastic and koozies can be a nice profit margin for a printer.
