hello sir
u have answered a lot of my queries n i m very much thankful for that
in spite of being busy, u care to answer queries of ur viewers n followers
today i m facing the issue of my screen not getting exposed at all
i had bought an emulsion and sensitizer along with some water-based ink six months ago i didn't open it for six months as i went outside of my state for a project all the purchased goods were kept in dark n normal temperature condition
for the last one week, i have been trying to coat n burn it's not happening sir
as directed in ur videos n from other sources i mix the emulsion and the sesnitzer properly with the said amount or quantity as directed ..after that i left the the emulsion with the closed lid on it in a dark place for 24 hours next day i coated the screen in a dark place let the screen to dry for 6 hours n then put on the design transfer paper on top of that and let it burn expose under good sunlight for ten min n then i tried to wash out nothing happened then i coated another screen this time i let it dry for 24 hours n then let it burn under sunlight for 30 mins nothing happened then after few days tried another screen under a 500 watt halogen the distance was 12 inches from the light ..i let it burn for 30 mins it didnt happened i ..what am i doing wrong sir pls help
is it the emulsion sensitizer is it the way i coat what is it sir pls help

I'm not sure. It's very hard to say working blind from afar. It sounds like either the emulsion is not. You did not provide any details on how or what was happening with washout so I'm not sure.

When i was washed the screen the exposed area wasnt clear or wasnt visible i washed it thoroughly but i couldnt see anything ..

So the emulsion was cured but your image did not washout? Or did all the emulsion washout?

No, sir, the emulsion didn't wash out but after exposing the screen for so long under various sources such as the sunlight and 500-watt halogen light I hoped something or the other will come up.. is an unused emulsion and a sensitizer the reason for all this I bought it but didn't open it for six months ..should i buy new emulsion and sensitizer and start all over again ..

Well that could be a possibility but usually with duel cure emulsions the shelf life does not start until it is mixed. So maybe the emulsion is bad or perhaps you film positive is not dense enough for the exposure time.
