This is another educational screenprinting video about drying your emulsion coated screens. We often get the question; how long does it take for an emulsion coated screen take to dry before you can expose it? This question has many variables like mesh count, emulsion, scoop coaters, how you coat your screens and relative humidity. But what is the best couple of tips I can give you about this? What factor will be the most influential on drying time and results? How can you rush your screens without problems? I talk about all these things and some while adding details about what i think are the best things you can do to avoid problems when coating and exposing screens. Remember, screens with high humidity in the emulsion won’t expose properly. So follow along and get the best tips that come from an actual screen printer.
