i am looking up for the mesh size and ink used for these kind of images.since i am new to screen printing and i am following your videos from quite long time.
Also i have question about mesh size and mesh no ,are they same thing or different as people in India call it as a same thing but i don't think they are same.
since i am using 100% cotton t-shirt and the plastisol ink is kind of thick and is sticking to body.what other ink options i can use.
just to tell you,you are a wonderful teacher and i hope you will help me on this as well.waiting for your reply as this is very important to me.

Both of these might be done CMYK four color process since you have some gradations and such here. In that case it would be on a 305 or 355 mesh depending on the LPI you chose to do. The top design could be a 4 color spot and dot perhaps combining some spot colors with a 1 color halftone on the blue to give all the details and tones. We might use 230 mesh for a 1 color halftone at 45 LPI, 15 degrees for that blue.

The lower design has a lot of gradients and the colors look like they could easily be done CMYK. If you are printing these on dark garments then you may want to look at a discharge white at the very least. Then you could lay down the plastisol ink as halftones and keep it feeling very soft. Or you could run all water based inks. But sometimes discharging just the white is the easiest if you're not that familiar with water based inks.

This is more complex work and you should spend some time on the art and separations seeking help if you need it. I do not offer this type of service however.

what mesh size should i use for 2nd image(lower one).

That depends. For CMYK set up we might use 305 or 355. For a lessor LPI spot and dot perhaps 230 mesh. It depends on what LPI halftone you want to do in the end, if you're planning on using halftones.
