Noob needing help

This is the place to talk about what it takes to get started. This would include what equipment to buy, space requirements, electrical needs and anything related to getting ready to begin screen printing. Have a question regarding what it takes to screen print tee shirts? Please post them here...

many thanks
The ink will not transfer from the vellum to the screen. What happens is that the printed are on the vellum should block the uv light from reaching the emulsion behind it. The uv light will "harden" the emulsion that was exposed to the light. The emulsion behind the image on the vellum will stay soft since it wasn't exposed to the light. That will allow the unexposed emulsion to washout with water and the hardened emulsion remain. This leaves you with your stencil.

If you're not going to go all the way then why bother going at all.
