What Is A Plastisol Heat Transfer?

Gentlemen,
do you use white underbase for printing plastisol transfers for dark garments or do you put thicker layer of ink?
I had recently a dramatic color change of the yellow ink on the chocolate tees.
(we use a adhesive powder but seems it's a clear type)

Yes, a white under base is printed last for plastisol heat transfers. Then you can use the powder adhesive on that.
