How to recover (clear the stencil) from the screen?

Post by HongTah Ng »

Hi, am new member to this forum...
Using the DRY STENCIL SYSTEM...
Would be glad to learn the method of recovering the screen after
the print job.
Is there a chemical to be used?

Thanks Janathan for video on RhinoTech. Regards. HongTah Ng

Thank you for contacting us with your question about RhinoScreen. The following response comes from Gregory Markus, president of RhinoTech.

There is no need for a chemical to break down the stencil. These are the simple steps to do so:

Remove the ink by using our citrus scented Screen Wash that is SWG145C.
Next – use a high-pressure washer like the 1500A to wash the stencil off the screen using regular water.
If a stain happens to remain on the mesh, use RhinoTech’s HR2800 Haze Remover.

Catspit is one of our distributors and Jonathan Monaco uses our products. He will be very helpful to you if you’d like to discuss/order any of our screen cleaning products and equipment.

If you have additional questions, please contact our Customer Service Specialist, Chris, at 651-686-5027 x 4 or chris@rhinotechinc.com

Please know that your business is very much appreciated!

I use the HR2800 with fantastic results. You do need to be sure to remove all ink from the screen prior to washout, or at least most of it, and it will work fine with a pressure washer. I have been using the RhinoTech dry stencil system for over 2 years now and have had little washout problems. :)
