How To Screen Print Tee Shirts: 1 Color Front & Back Collar Printing Production Run

Here’s another tutorial screen printing video with some real time production footage. In this video you’ll get to see a lot of new camera angles in the shop while I work on printing the Bella + Canvas freebie shirts for you all. This was a simple 1 color screen print with a full front print and a back collar print. I used a gray plastisol ink on a 160 mesh screen and a 70 durometer squeegee. The print was done with a very low volume of ink so it will feel very soft once washed. In fact, it feels pretty soft right now. It’s another demonstration on how you can make your plastisol screen prints feel softer while still looking great. It’s all a matter of control in the entire print job. If you can control everything from the art to the color ink, you can make plastisol inks feel soft while still being breathable and comfortable.
